Acacia (Robinia) honey is always liquid, regardless of temperature and freshness. The colour is very light, among the lightest there are. It has a delicate fragrance and a very sweet vanilla flavour.
This honey is very mild and everybody likes it. It's excellent as a table honey and as a sweetening agent.
