Mountain wildflower honey solidifies a few months after the harvest.
The colour can be a very light amber or take on darker tones depending
on the quantity of honeydew. Likewise the aroma and the flavour can be
more or less intense, but they are never the same. Every year they change,
exalting one flower or the other, depending on which bloomings are prevalent.
With its many different shades, this honey is widely appreciated and adapts
well to any circumstance.
