Arbutus honey solidifies a few months after the harvest. It has an amber
colour, with green-grey tones. It has a pungent fragrance of bitter herbs
and coffee grains. The flavour, very distinctive, is quite bitter.
This honey's peculiarity is that it easily ferments because of the high
humidity content due to its autumn harvest.
Because of its extremely peculiar flavour, this honey is appreciated only
by its rare fans.
