in the refrigerator.
As for freshness, in time honey becomes old and loses some of its
peculiarities. The ageing of the product, although inevitable, strongly

honey in cool places far from heat sources. Direct sunlight is also
bad for conservation. Honey should always be protected from it in
closed cupboards.
It is important to remember that honey is a hygroscopic product
that can absorb humidity and odours. Therefore it is important to
close the pot well after use.
