The art of honey-making

Not many steps divide honey from the beehive to the table.
The bee-keeper, dressed in white with a mask and a fumigator, lifts the honey-filled honeycombs from the beehive's reserve. Once he's removed the wax seals that cover the cells one by one he arranges the honeycombs in the honey extractor and the honey comes out thanks to centrifugal force.
The honey is then filtered to remove pieces of wax or other impurities, and put into a decantation vessel. After these operations the honey can be stored in pots.
During the honey-extraction phase, all honeys are liquid.
